steve64 I tried to insta;; 1.7.1 from the exe but I got this error: install.wliua: 142: Error extracting LuaRT-Studio\api\lua]\baselib.lua The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid
Samir Very strange I have tested both exe without errors. Does anyone have this kind of issue ? I will try on my work computer
Samir Yes you are right. It must be your antivirus. I have tested installation on 4 different computers with different antivirus and it worked (none of them had Symantec antivirus too). You should check too that your downloaded zip file is not corrupted using the minisign tool [Login to see the link]
steve64 I solved the issue, I had a previous LuaRT installation. Deleting the registry entry related to "uninstallation" allowed me to resinstall 1.7.1 instead of repairing current version.
