TabItem disabling

Currently it is possible to enable/disable a specific TabItem, but when disabling
the tab item title is shown as usual and all the contents of the tab item is visible wihout
any visual clue, only the interaction is frozen.
I would like to have a mode when the tab item title is shown as "grayed" and it is not allowed
to look at its internal widgets.

Hi Steve,

You are right, disabled tabs are not "grayed out", because Windows API don't provide that.
It will need to implement owner-draw tabs which might cause some difficulties regarding Windows theming.

I cannot reproduce it, it works for me.
Can you provide me with a sample that can reproduce this bug ?

I'm not surprised, the Comboboxes under Windows are really special Widgets... 🫤

Looking at this more precisely, I discovered that the Comboboxes inside disabled TabItems are actually disabled (in the sense that you cannot change the selected option) but their dropdown menu can still be opened so they give the impression of a readonly but yet interactive widget. Maybe this is "normal" but really confusing.
I think interaction on disabled widgets should be totally disabled.

On my computer (Windows 11), the Combobox button is disabled too ...

I have WIndows 10. Also in my use case I have the Checkbox inside a Groupbox (the latter has the TabItem as parent).

Very strange, I tried to reproduce it but this works on my side ( a Combobox inside a Groupbox which is in a TabItem )
