Lua DLL when using rtc -s

I opened an EXE file created with rtc -s using 7ZIP and I can not find the Lua interpreter inside.
However, the same EXE runs on another PC where LuaRT is not installed.
Could you clarify how the Lua interpreter is integrated inside the EXE?
Is it packed in some way as a file "mainLuaRTStartup.lua"

Hi Steve,

The exe file is the interpreter.
What you see in 7zip is just the embedded content contained as a ressource inside the executable.
