Be sure the file you downloaded (as a Zip archive) is the correct one using the minisig signature specified in the GitHub repository.
LuaRT is still young and not well known by some antivirus even if the executable is signed, it may be considered as a falsy malicious executable. But it's not the case.
If you want to be sure, just download the source code and compile it by yourself.
