Is it possible to add a border property to the picture object - like panel.border?

I found out that I can put the picture in a panel and there I have the border option. No need for further investigation.

I created two new user controls: a BorderLabel and a BorderPicture. They use the panel control to draw a border around a label or picture. I implemented all the properties and methods so that they behave as one control. See: [Login to see the link]
