Can't use rtc compiler

Sorry if I am disturbing. I just got LuaRT and RTC is giving me issues. I was asking for assistance with using this thing. Its not working at all for me.. Cant make any executables at all.. I followed the instructions on the webpage, the LuaRT page and still nothing.. Nothing is working..

Start by trying to compile one of the examples :

Go to LuaRT root folder
type rtc -s examples\ui\notepad.wlua
it should produce a notepad.exe file that you can run

Samir I am completely new to this outside of knowing Lua 5.4.. It appears there's no RTC or at least my computer doesn't recognize it..

Also what am I typing that instruction into? I believe the root folder is a folder you cant type things into? I could be wrong..

You should first install LuaRT using the provided installer (see download link at LuaRT.org).

Then restart your computer.

Open a console and cd to the location of your LuaRT installation (also called the root folder of LuaRT). Then enter the previous rtc command.
