I didn't find previous post on this, but I think that adding executable generation from LuaRT scripts would be the next step in the LuaRT philosophy : no dependencies, all in one runtime library,...
What do you all think about this ?
Production of executables from LuaRT scripts is something I'm already working on. I hope to release it after LuaRT 0.9.4 which will focus on the ui module and its documentation.
Maybe should I post a roadmap for the next LuaRT releases !
Great news ! Using standalone executables is better when deploying applications.
Btw, I have read your post about creating an installer in LuaRT for LuaRT distribution, do you think it can be achieved soon ?
Still have to finalize ui module/documentation and to work on a registry access with LuaRT.
