I dont know how to create a .wlua file help.

When I want to save my programs there are 3 options

whatever I choose it will create a .lua file anyway how do I fix it?

secondly rtc doesn't work.

You are talking about LuaRT Studio I guess.
You can create a .wlua file just by typing the full filename in the save dialog : test.wlua for example.

You can even rename the created file in the Project view.

I will check this to make it simpler for newcomers.

What do you mean by "rtc don't work" ?
Do you have an error message ?

Samir I used: rtc hello.lua
then it replied; cannot find file hello.lua

AzfarRizqi cannot find file hello.lua

This error means that rtc cannot find the hello.lua file in the current directory

You have two option :

give to rtc the full path to the Lua file : rtc c:\test\hello.lua for example

go to the folder where the Lua file is before :

cd c:\test
rtc hello.lua
