the word inside a "label" object becomes "center" only in the X direction.
Let me explain a little more;
Let's say I define a 50 x 50 Label and I'm going to print the letter "A" in size 14. When I run the code above, the letter A is only aligned in the X direction whereas it is not aligned in the Y direction.

I've put your post in a dedicated thread.
For now I am able to center a Label's text verticaly, but it will need a rework of the Label.textalign property to be able to mix all possible text alignments (for example, "center" + "right").

It will be implemented like the fontstyle property with a table
