ui.confirm twice as in example iconbutton.wlua

no matter you click yes no or cancel,
it'd ask for confirm twice

yes
You are going to shutdown the computer?

exit

You are going to shutdown the computer?

only problem at latest version git f4dde9d.

it is ok if:
using downloaded v1.3.1
or
build myself using git version tab v1.3.1 59566f2

I think 2c9d055 (Fixes #53) caused this problem.
version before this is ok.

It's fixed. It was due to the Button.onClick() event handler called twice.
