The release of LuaRT 1.2.0 marks a new evolutionary milestone. Even if it's not a revolution in appearance (few new features), there are a lot of modifications under the hood that allow you to add new third-party Widgets from binary modules.
But there is still a lot to do, especially concerning the documentation. So the next efforts will focus on that: howto to do OOP in LuaRT, howto write binary modules and add new custom widgets...
LuaRT Studio has also been updated with the LuaRT 1.2.0 tool chain, and above all, the main bug of the 64-bit version is solved (it will finally be possible to debug Lua applications under x64 Windows!)
I don't know if LuaRT Community will continue, probably GitHub discussions is more suitable for reporting bugs, suggestions while allowing to follow the evolution of the repository.
I hope you enjoy this new version.
As always, feel free to post reviews, report bugs or any related content to LuaRT.
Have a great end of year celebrations,
Samir
